Walter's Y and "Jenna's" Contractual Breach

I'm sure many of your by now have heard of the controversy behind "Jenna" Talakova's disqualification from the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant, kinda hard to find someone who has not heard. There are those who say that its a civil rights issue and let make one thing clear on the subject before I continue: I would support Constitutional and Civil Rights, even up to Social Security on the condition that the issue isn't abused. That is to say that the person in question has a justified reason to pursue such avenue rather than because it benefits them more than honest work and labor.

Now that that's out of the way, let me just say that I support "Jenna" or rather Walter's disqualification. Her entry form, her contract, stated that she must be of a natural born woman. Walter may have legally changed his gender, even his name, but he is fundamentally male. Thus it is a contractual issue rather than civil rights because he signed that all the facts that has been presented were truthfully entered. He may be legally able to compete, but contractually Walter made a serious error that can't be covered up by legality and surgery.

This unchallenged fact was so simple yet missed by so many involved, one that Donald Trump (who, might I add, came up with the Jenna=Genitalia theory in addition to trying to copy write the phrase "You're Fired". It boggles the mind how one is given the task of handling multi-million dollar companies) and celebrity attorney Gloria Allred (who conveniently ignored the fact just so that she can keep her reputation of winning all cases she's involved in) have forgotten due to its simplicity. A fact that can't be hidden by layers of corrective surgery and "Gender Relocation" operations that has no depute on the matter so scientifically that it can't be changed by advanced medical techniques such as one's hands.

That fact is in the genes, to be more specific the Y chromosome. All males of any mammalian species have it and no females can have it.That single letter chromosome triggers, among other things, the development of testicles. Every cell in Walter's body is genetically male, and thus is not a naturally born woman even though legally he is a woman. I am familiar with another scientific fact that all fetuses have the physiology of a woman before the pretense of the Y chromosome determines the final gender (after all, how else do you explain nipples on a man's chest which is undoubtedly the most useless body part of the human anatomy) and all men are theoretically and basically transgender due to it, but that doesn't change the fact that Walter is still a man. No amount of surgery will be able to change one's genes, their own DNA, from every cell in every part of their body. Even the estrogen treatment during his teens which gave Walter mammaries does not change his gender genetically. It's just not possible with cutting edge medical technology for the foreseeable future. Just because one claims to be born mentally a woman doesn't mean that one is actually a woman if the very cells that were altered hormonally scream that he is, in fact, a man.

But let's give rise to another issue that is associated with the Miss Universe Pageant that is also often overlooked: The allowance of beauty enhancement surgery. Beauty Pageants, at its core, is a celebration of a woman's natural beauty that is only enhanced by cosmetic techniques (i.e. makeup). If the Miss Universe Organization disqualifies Walter's participation than they should also disqualify the other contestants due to unfair surgical advantages. After all, their claim was the "Natural" part of the entry form, they should therefore go all the way and allow contestants to display their Au Natural beauty with the only exemptions being corrective surgery that inhibit the individual's health or ability to be a contributing member of society.

"Oh," some of you may begin "What if it was your child who was transgender and wanted to compete?" or "What if your child who had surgery to make her look normal wanted to compete?" you may ask.

Well for starters, if I ever do have children, you can forget about your retirement plans and investigations because it's the end of the world and the harbingers of Armageddon have arrived. Second, I would rather focus the energies of any potential daughters of mine (who might be potential Anti-Christs as much as any son of mine, parish the thought) on more productive pursuits, such as a good education and a career that they would not wake up every morning with regret. Or better yet contribute to the betterment of our civilization, our species as a whole because as of late, we could really use an improvement here and there if such atrocities such as Noor Almaleki's honor killing are allowed to culturally exist around the entire globe without appropriate punishment. We have yet to evolve to the point where we can fulfill the Constitution of the United States without political or cultural regret or punishment in its execution. The light at the end of the tunnel is still growing dark, but it is there and ever so faint.

Anyway, that's the end of my ramble. Discuss as you will in the comments below as usual. And please, keep it polite.
